Product Availability
- All Nina Zhou’s high-quality jewelries are carefully handmade once we get your order. Please allow 7-10 business days before shipment.
- We have a small number of products in stock. Any in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- 1-3 business days within the United States and requires a signature.
- 7-10 business days if it is an international order.
Please consider any holidays, natural disasters may impact delivery times.
Multiple Items Order
If you order more than one item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship others when we have them ready. So if you receive only a part of your item, don’t worry, you will receive all items shortly after.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Our store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
