Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

• Made-to-order pieces: Free exchanges. A $150 restocking fee applies to returns.
  

Returned pieces must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing. Please include the original packaging and any accompanying materials when sending your piece back.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@ninazhoujewelry.com with your order number.

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please package your jewelry securely, preferably in its original packaging, to help protect it during transit.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For made-to-order returns, the applicable $150 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

We offer complimentary exchanges within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

If you would like a different size, metal color, style, or another piece, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
