Yes, we offer free repairs for damage caused by manufacturing defects or product defects within 45 days of purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping costs?
All in-stock pieces are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
For made-to-order jewelry, each piece is handcrafted upon request. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for crafting before delivering.
We offer complimentary 2nd Day shipping within the U.S. and complimentary express shipping worldwide.
If you need overnight shipping or have a specific delivery request, please contact us when placing your order or leave a note at checkout. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I don't like it or need to resize a piece?
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. If your piece isn’t quite right for you, please contact us to begin a return or resize services.
In-stock pieces: Complimentary returns and exchanges.
Made-to-order pieces: Complimentary exchanges. A $150 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.
