We craft each piece using only 18 karat gold, natural gemstones, and ethically sourced pearls. Every design is handmade to ensure lasting quality and beauty.

Are your pearls and gemstones natural?

Yes, all our pearls and gemstones are natural. Each pearl and stone is unique, carrying its own character, shape, and beauty. This is part of what makes every Nina Zhou piece one of a kind.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

We welcome custom and special requests. Please contact us at sales@ninazhoujewelry.com directly for bespoke designs or personalization options. We love creating meaningful pieces for you.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Each piece is handmade. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped. If you need it urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

We have a small number of products in stock. Any in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?

All orders ship from our studio in Los Angeles, and yes, we ship worldwide.

All US Domestic shipping are free via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs may apply for international orders.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method.

For US domestic orders it will take 1-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Every order is beautifully packaged in our signature jewelry box, perfect for gifting. You may also request a handwritten note at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date for unworn items in their original condition. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ninazhoujewelry.com with your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

Refunds will only be granted with return authorization, and shipping charges on return items will not be refunded. We will process your request within 1-2 business days. 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return, but specify that you would like to exchange the item.

Once we receive the item, we will immediately ship the new item to you. Product price difference may apply.

Warranty & Care

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 45-day warranty of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized repairs. If you have an issue, please contact us at sales@ninazhoujewelry.com

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, remove it during strenuous activities, and store it separately in its original box or pouch.

We recommend gently wiping your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing.

Use the mild jewelry-specific cleaning solution. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive cleaning tools, as they can cause irreversible damage to the jewelry and metals.

Pearls are unique organic gemstones. Avoid exposing them to perfumes, lotions, hair sprays, or cosmetics. Prevent them from coming into contact with sharp or abrasive objects to avoid scratches or abrasions.
